Anchor Agency provides CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and LinkedIn content writing services, along with free tools (including the LinkedIn Headline Generator) and informational content (the Insights Blog). All content on the Site — including text, design, the Anchor Agency name and branding, the structure of the LinkedIn Headline Generator, and blog content — is owned by Anchor Agency or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your content: if you submit information through the enquiry form or the Headline Generator, you retain ownership of that information. You grant us permission to use it solely to provide the service or tool you've requested — not for any other purpose.
Deliverables: once a CV, LinkedIn profile, or content piece is delivered to a paying client and paid for in full, ownership of that specific deliverable transfers to the client. Anchor retains the right to reference the underlying methods, formulas, and general approach used to create it — these are not transferred as part of any individual client engagement.

The LinkedIn Headline Generator and any other free tools on the Site are provided as a genuine, useful starting point — not a guarantee of results. Outputs are generated based on the information you provide and general best practice; they are not a substitute for a full, personalised service engagement, and Anchor makes no guarantee about job search, hiring, or professional outcomes resulting from their use.
Booking and delivery: specific terms for paid services (pricing, delivery timelines, number of revision rounds included) are as stated on the relevant service page at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed directly with the client in writing.
Payment: payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Services will not commence, or will be paused, if payment is not received as agreed.
Refunds: due to the personalised, bespoke nature of Anchor's services, refund eligibility is assessed case by case and should be discussed directly with Alistair Sing Key. This section should be read alongside any specific refund terms stated on individual service or product pages, which take precedence where they exist.
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” While we take care to ensure accuracy and quality, Anchor does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and does not guarantee specific professional or career outcomes from using our services or tools — results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and individual circumstances.
