Posts that build
authority, not just impressions.

Likes feel good. Saves, shares, and inbound enquiries pay. Content written in your voice, structured around your expertise, designed to do the second thing — not just the first.

Content built on a system.
Not guesswork.

01

Voice capture

Before I write a word, I learn how you think and how you communicate. The posts sound like you — because they are built from your knowledge, your experience, and your point of view.

02

Hook architecture

The first line determines whether anyone reads the rest. Every post opens with a pattern interrupt — something unexpected, specific, or emotionally true — that stops the scroll.

03

Authority structure

Posts structured to demonstrate expertise, not just share opinions. The kind of content that makes readers think: this person knows their field. I should follow them.

04

Save and share triggers

Saves signal long-term value to LinkedIn's algorithm. Every post includes a deliberate save trigger — a framework, a checklist, a reframe — that gives people a reason to bookmark it.

05

Content calendar

Included in Standard and Premium packages. A structured monthly plan so you always know what posts are coming, why they're sequenced as they are, and how they build toward your goal.

06

Hashtag and CTA strategy

Hashtags in post body. CTAs in first comment. Links in first comment. Every post follows the formatting rules that LinkedIn's algorithm rewards — without looking like it was written by a machine.

The formula behind
posts that get saved.

I once watched a candidate lose a role they were clearly best qualified for.

Not because of their experience. Not because of the interview.

Because their LinkedIn profile read like a job description from 2019.

The recruiter had already formed an opinion before the call started.

Your profile is doing the same thing to you — right now, without your knowledge.

Save this if you want to know the three changes that matter most.

22 years in logistics taught me something no course ever did:

The people who got promoted weren't always the most technically capable.

They were the ones who could make their capability visible.

In meetings. On paper. On screen.

Presence is a professional skill. Most people just never learned it deliberately.

What's one moment where presence changed the outcome for you? I read every reply.

Three options.
One outcome.

Your knowledge.
My structure.

You are the expert in your field. I am the expert in translating that expertise into content that stops the scroll, builds trust, and generates the right kind of attention.

The posts sound like you. Because they are built from you.

01

Voice capture

We begin with a short conversation or a detailed questionnaire — your choice. I learn how you think, what you believe, and what your audience needs to hear from you.

02

Content plan

I build a post schedule aligned to your goals — a mix of authority content, engagement posts, and soft CTAs. You see the plan before I write a word.

03

Writing and delivery

Posts delivered as a document — ready to copy, paste, and publish. Each post includes a note on the strategy behind it and guidance on when and how to post.

04

Review and refine

Revisions included. If a post doesn't feel right in your voice, we fix it. The goal is content you're proud to publish under your name.

Without structure and strategy, posts generate likes but no leads. No saves. No enquiries. No momentum.

Written in your voice

Not generic AI content. Not template-filling. Posts built from your knowledge, your experience, and your perspective — so they sound like you, not like everyone else.

What people
usually ask.

Any question not answered here — include it in the form above.

Will it sound like me?
Yes — that's the core of the process. I build posts from your knowledge and your perspective, not from generic frameworks. The voice capture step at the start exists precisely to answer this question. If a post doesn't feel right, we revise it until it does.
Do I need to have existing content for you to work from?
No. Many clients have never posted on LinkedIn before. If you have existing posts, I'll use them to understand your voice. If you don't, I'll build the voice profile through our initial conversation.
How quickly will I see results?
LinkedIn content compounds over time. Most clients see meaningful engagement improvement within 4–6 weeks of consistent posting. The first month builds the foundation. The second and third months are where momentum becomes visible. Consistency is the variable that matters most.
Do I post the content myself?
Yes. You receive the posts as a document and publish them yourself. This keeps your account authentic and in your control. I provide guidance on timing, first-comment structure, and how to respond to comments — but the posting is yours.

Fair enough — judging a writing service by its writing is exactly right. The Insights Blog is this same thinking applied in public, and the Headline Generator shows what positioning in your own voice sounds like:
